Step 1: Purchase from Atlassian Marketplace
You will need an Atlassian Administrator for your organisation to complete the purchase but you are able to request installation by:
- Visiting the TicketCoach app listing on Atlassian Marketplace
- Click on the Try it Free button
- Confirm the dialogue that comes up.
If you are not an Atlassian Administrator for your organisation, this will trigger a notification to them which will require their approval.
Step 2: Configure the App
Once you have installed TicketCoach, you will need to perform some very basic configuration. Your choices will take effect immediately as you change settings.
- Choose the specific Projects you would like TicketCoach to help you with or select All Projects
- Choose the specific Health Check Rules you would like to enable. Some rules work better with Scrum or Kanban so please review the Rule descriptions.
- Set the Scoring Criteria for determining how many broken rules set each Risk Level.
Step 3: Do your thing!
You are pretty much ready to go! TicketCoach will automatically update Health Check evaluations whenever you update or view an issue, and evaluations will be visible from the issue itself.
You will also be able to use the Risk Level
custom field in your JQL queries and filters. You can easily set up filters to help you discover and analyse high-risk issues.
